      Connect

      The ability to harness relational skills and digital tools to foster team work : create the conditions for each individual to feel connected to others and to leverage these connections in daily activities. A way to realise the old saying : the whole is more than the sum of its parts.

      Achieve

      Getting things done : proper attitudes, skills and tools can help individuals and teams achieve more with less stress. Leaders have their role to play in setting the right conditions for achievement to be possible : the key to high performance without the risk of burn-out.

      Making a difference for the team, the organisation, the industry or more : we all strive for significance, for an assurance that what we do matters. High performance organisation make a point to link every activity to the bigger picture and use the wider context to make sense of any job.
