There is no better place than “on the job” to learn what service excellence and client satisfaction mean. But without proper guidance and the benefit of experience, bad habits and inefficient practices are getting in the way. Not with us ! We know what works and what doesn’t and how to develop the right attitudes and the right skills.

Unlock and develop : A three month plan is the best possible balance between all the constraints: long enough to really facilitate change; short enough to remain motivating; dense enough to cover all the needed subjects; flexible enough to adapt to the day to day schedule of busy professionals.
1 hour per week – Team Alignment
People are grouped by relevant teams to participate each week in an alignment session on key attitudes and skills selected in our WinIgnite model for service excellence and client satisfaction.
1 hour per week – Individual Shadowing
Each person enrolled in the program has a meaningful weekly session with our “hands-on” expert. They address the operational daily challenges of the candidate and provide direction, advice and support for immediate results.
Depending on the demands of your business, these sessions can be delivered in person or by live video conference.
